I would like to upgrade my AKUVOX R20A (hardware version 220.0) to the latest 320.30.10.9 firmware, but i cannot do so as the system says the package is too big.
Does this mean the device is not allowed to be upgraded to this version? Is 220.30.3.7 the last version for my interphone?
Firmware for the R20 comes in different hardware versions, 20, 220 & 320. You cannot upgrade between these versions, you are required to upgrade to the latest 220. version firmware.
The latest version of the 220 firmware is 220.30.4.5 or 220.30.10.6 (Secure).

If you use the .10 firmware, you are required to update all the Indoor Monitors to .10 firmware too.
