We have come across a peculiar issue in all our projects where the S567 monitor is installed. The problem is that when the S567 series monitors are connected to the network through the wifi interface only, the call cannot be answered. On the call page, when the user presses the answer button, nothing happens. We have updated the device to the latest version of the firmware, but the problem persists.
Is there any new firmware available that can resolve this issue? Alternatively, do you know of any temporary workaround to solve this problem?
I'm unable to replicate your issue on the newest firmware version 567.30.10.201, could you try update to this version and let me know if this resolves your issue?
