is there any documents for EC32 elevator board?!
Usually the default username and password is admin but for this product seems different,
we tried to contact with akuvox technical support but because of chinese new year nobody answers
So i appreciate if anyone has worked with this product share the documents with us

After many search on google i realized this product have a pc software for configuration but also it should have web consol unfortunately no site mentioned user and password !

I found that 2 days ago and did set configuration on it and tested it on R29C
but seems its not work correctly sometimes the relay triggered after enter the pin code or face recognition but sometimes not , is there any instructions for that?
And by the way, to use the board, you don't need set anything from the web portal of the board, Akuvox have deal with all logic at the intercom side. So the board looks like just used to get the command, and excute which relay need to be trigger, I think the only thing need to be set at web site is the relay delay time ( How many seconds the relay keep contact). the default time should be 60s, I think this is relate to your question, sometimes work, sometimes not, because the relay is under holding.
What is more, you need shot the firealarm port to make device under normal status, from the picture you provide, it is under fire alarm mode, so all relays are under trigger status,(this part is missing in the manual), so find a wire, short firealrm port first, to make all LED under extinguished status. It should be the upper right two pin.
Before you start:
1. Make sure intercom products and EC32 remain in same network
2. Change the IP of EC32 if necessary, the default ip is printed on the board
3. Setup usual door opening settings between outdoor station and indoor screen, DTMF or HTTP and etc. As
long as the relay can be triggered on outdoor station.
On doorphone:
1. Configure the connection with EC32
(1) Login to device webpage, and go to Intercom -> Lift control
(2) Choose Akuvox EC32 from lift control list
(3) Enter the following to Akuvox EC32 Action:
▷Server IP: The IP of EC32
▷Port: 80
▷User name: admin(default)
▷Password: 888888(default)
Leave all the rest as default, example:
(4) Click Submit
2. Create a contact that associated with relay (floor number) on EC32
(1) Go to Phone book - Tenant Setting
(2) Enter tenant detail:
▷Name: tenant's name
▷Phone: tenant's IP or SIP number
▷Emai: tenant's email
▷Group: default
▷Dial type: default
▷Lift floor number: the floor that tenant located (this is the key when press unlock to trigger corresponding floor button).
(3) Click submit
