How to connect C313W-2 and R20A-2 in a retrofit program?

Hi, please refer to the below pictures:

1.C313W+WIFI+R20A-2
2.C313W+R20A-2+NS2 (Series Connection)

3.C313W+NS2+R20A-2 (Parallel Connection)

I have my components ( 1 x C313W-2 and 1 x R20A-2) connected via WIFI. However, it is not working as expected:
1. IPScanner only detects C313W-2 on 192.168.1.40. R20A-2 says "192.168.1.41" when asked for the IP address but is not detected by the IPScanner and is not availalbe in the net. Also the router does not list it.
2. When I press the ring button on R20A-2 the C313W-2 shows an incoming call but without video preview - video connection seems to be not working.

Any hints?

kit is being optimized. According to our design, if C313W-2 is connected to wifi, the device it is connected to cannot be dhcp routed by wifi to ip. Instead, C313 will be used as a route to obtain the ip that reaches 10.0.0.x.
