for the device C317, i have downloaded Playstore, Reolink(camera app) and smart things from web browser. Reolink app is working fine. Play store is not working unable to sign in (sign in TAb not working)
with the smart things app after login in web page the smart things app gets stopped and never opens.
any solution to fix this issue
Firstly, make sure whether is the app is suitable for tablet installation. Secondly, you need to check whether the android version of C317 is suitable for the app. Finally, consult our support to make sure whether the firmware version integrates with the app.
