Good morning, this is a request many people make to me. It seems that on the SmartPlus app you can only log in with one account (email) and that the same account for one project cannot be invited for another project. The typical situation is as follows:
the customer wants to install one Akuvox installation at home and one Akuvox installation at the office. He would like to receive both video calls of the 2 installations on the same app. Is it possible (or will it be in the future)?
As i know from akuvox live at the beginning of this year. they said smartplus can support one account for two families. but i do not know whether it fit your need.
This is the most common question we receive from customers who has office + home. Or customers who have several apartments in different residential complexes. Hope it will be implemented sooon
I have been using mysmart app to accomplish that. Unfortunately it is annoying having 2 different apps. Aldo it gives a notice to download smartplus.
There are also 3rd party apps that will let you run the same app twice. Again it's annoying since you need to create 2 different logins
How exactly will it look like? Many clients refuse to use Akuvox because it is not possible to control 2 or more apartments and private villas in one account.
