PIN code create from cloud

If we create PIN for user from cloud, the cloud system can not detect if there is a duplicate PIN number is created.

If user create PIN via smart plus app, system will not detect if there is duplicate number.

it will have problem when this applied in multi-tenant condo project.

Hi AK47,

It's recommend that you use APT+PIN mode for community projects, this ensures the PIN number starts with apartment number and then a personalised PIN.

Apartment: 1 + User PIN: 1234
Community PIN: 11234

Since the temporary passwords all start with 9, other PINs such as delivery PIN cannot start with 9

Below is my senario, main gate 1 door station, after main gate has 2 apartment, 1 door station at each apartment, 3 floor each apartment.
Apartment 1, floor 1:11234 floor 2: 21234
Apartment 2, floor 1: 11234.
Because system can not detect the duplicate number, how does the system tell who is the actual user when they access main gate using PIN 11234?

Morning AK,

The Akuvox Cloud will not let you create two apartment numbers the same.

Please could you let us know how post is addressed to apartments with the same number, is post "Apartment 1, Floor 2, X, X,X" and "Apartment 1, Floor 1, X, X, X". I've never come across the same apartment numbers within a building.
