Many old residential access control system is outdated, which is challenging to manage data and maintain the system.
However, some residents may not want to spend too much on access control system.
We will provide you with a solution that replaces the existing access control devices with only A01 and PoE. And there is no extra cost except for installation.

In addition, the system can still help safeguard residential and improve management efficiency.

Improve Efficiency

1. Property managers can maintain user and card data by using templates instead of uploading them one by one. Navigate to Directory > User, export a template to fill, then import the template to add users.

Safeguard Residential

1. Set access authorization of public areas. Property managers can install an A01 on the entry of public areas, like bike room, luggage room, and so on, then only add residents who can access these areas to device. You can go to Directory > User, and add authorized residents to the device in the web interface.

2. Schedule the door to keep open or closed. For example, property managers can set a schedule to keep the door open in the daytime, so residents do not need to unlock door by card. And the door will keep be closed in the evening automatically without any configuration. You can go to Setting > Schedule to add schedule, then navigate to Access Control > Relay > Relay Schedule to choose the schedule.

3. If you want to lower maintenance costs, you can connect devices to the SmartPlus Cloud. Engineers can maintain devices remotely instead of going to the site. And also can install a security relay SR01 to improve the security of this solution.
