what is the Onvif URL when the bell button was pressed, or is it not possible to read this event via Onvif?

You want to check the video before you pick up the call, right? If YES, the RTSP stream can also work. please try to add it to the contact in E12

So if I wanted to send the video to an NVR I have to use the RTSP stream?

You can manually add RTSP on the NVR, specifically: rtsp://ip/live/ch00_0.
You can also open ONVIF on the device, open the button that can be discovered, and set the account password, then scan and add it on the third-party software.
