Why can't all contact lists be obtained on the doorphone？

I have a X915, and I have added 390 contacts on the cloud, and all of them have added face data. but When I connect X915 with Cloud ,only 375 contacts show. What is the matter? Can everyone help me？

You can confirm the firmware version number, because the old version of X915 has a known bug of face recognition.
