Disable RPS requests ?

Dear Sirs,

got a doorphone that sends it's mac address to http://rps.akuvox.com:8080/ every 30 minutes.

What is this supposed to do?

How can I disable this behavior, I don't want that devices goes on the internet...

Thanks ercntrn, this device hasn't been added and won't be added in furutre to cloud, the customer doesn't want it at all.
Please for future firmware releases add an option to allow disable this beahvior from the configuration.
Also take note we're in EU and GDPR should be respected, the MAC of the device sent in a plain protocol like HTTP over the internet is a bad choice.

You can attempt to disable this by uploading a .cfg file with the following.

Config.DoorSetting.CLOUDSERVER.RpsEnable = 0

Config.DoorSetting.CLOUDSERVER.RpsServer = http://rps.akuvox.com:8080/redirect?mac=

Hi,

this has worked for 15 days, now it has started again....
In the Export Autop Template the value are correct, to disable this feature, what could have been happened?
