R20A working SIP with Grandstream pbx

Edited by alvaro.uy at 2022-09-11 22:54

Hi, I've an r20a door phone in test with Grandstream pbx. I can't find info about this: I want to open the door using 1 relay and I've setup 4 digit dtmf "example: 1111". My question is, How can I activate the relay during a sip call, does anybody know the command  for use the "1111" programmed in the r20a????

Thank you in advance,

Alvaro

Normally over Grandstream, you would enter * at the end.

Hi @CIE_Ash thank you for your reply, Ive tried with the *key at the end, at the beginning, but is not working. In the r20a manual can't find the command to use that
    Digits neither.

Hi Ryan, yes I've tried different combinations like 99, 999, 9999, 7896, 8767, a lot of combinations. What I don't know is if I have to press any digit like *# or whatever After the dtmf digits.
