There is a modern trend for Cloud solutions providers especially in Access Control or Video verticals - to include API documentation right in the GUI of cloud user interface itself. Thus customers have always relavant and up to date data.
Also enabling such convinient integration instruments as Webhooks also benefitial for Cloud service promotion and expantion.
What do you think about that?

My company sells a large amount of Acuvox hardware. We would like to be able to extend your systems and create custom solutions for our customers. An API is essential for this. What time frame can we expect for an official API?
Being able to extend systems that we install and integrate them with existing systems is a big selling point.
We also are looking for official API access to the Akuvox Cloud. In our scenario, we have a custom-built customer booking system that we'd like to tap into to automatically push out access control for our customers when they are on our property. The other part of it is to remove their access control when they are gone. This would allow us to remove the need for a middle-man to export from the one system and import into the other, which is error prone and not always up-to-date. Is there an API available?
Do you want an online platform to maintain our latest API, both local device HTTP API and cloud OpenAPI, like https://swagger.io/ this platform, correct?
