Better access control using
It needs to use card to open door for some old projects. Anyone who gets the card can open door even though he is not staff.
Now we have installed R29 on the entrance, every staff unlocks door by face, which can cover the problem mentioned totally.
· Security: Face liveness detection prevents someone from using others' photos or videos to open the door, ensuring access control accuracy. In addition, you can configure the face detection match level in Intercom > Face Setting on the web interface.  
· Easy Access: Compared to using card to open door, opening door with a face can bring frictionless door entry, and staff only need to stand in front of door phone instead of taking out and swiping card.
Improve efficiency of identification
Property managers needed to hire security staff on two entrances before deploying the solution. Security staff called property manager to notify them that there was a visitor.
Then they waited for calls from property manager after they checked visitor's identification. The process takes up too much time and raises the human resource cost.

Now visitors can make a video call to property managers by directly tapping the Reception tab on the home screen of R29. Then property managers can identify visitors on the video and open doors for them.
You can configure the number in Intercom > Key/Display on the web interface of R29.
Also, property managers can create a temp key for visitors on SmartPlus App. They can set up repeat mode, counts, doors, and time for the key.
Visitors can use the key to enter the building.
Improve efficiency of data management
Adding and deleting staff information on the SmarPlus cloud platform is easy.
Property managers can upload multiple users' face data in a zip file instead of adding them one by one.
