Hi,
I have some problems with C4 integration.
-Group calls works but only IT82 touch screens ringing-not mobile phones, and when I select All then only mobile phones getting calls.
Both mobile phones and wall touch screens not working at the same time.

-The unlock button on IT82 call page is not functioning in call page, even hard button not functioning while getting calls.
But when I'm calling VDP from IT-82 main page(not using C4) it works fine
Through C4 app the Lock is working fine.

Any one had these issues?

I think it may be a configuration error.

Hello, there may be a problem with the call group configured on C4. Is it the preview interface? If so, you can use the IT82 web page configuration.

I tested it in different call groups but didn't work

Facing the same issue. Either touchscreens will work or control4 phone apps not both. Has anyone managed to get both to work successfully?
