We are excited to unveil a revolutionary feature in our SmartPlus App that simplifies how you manage multiple family sites. Responding to your valuable feedback, we've made it possible for users to oversee several families using a single account, eliminating the need to switch between accounts.
As an increasing number of our customers are managing multiple family sites with our products, we understand the importance of streamlining this process. Previously, our App only allowed one family site per user, but those days are behind us.
With our latest update, you can seamlessly switch between your family sites by merely tapping the icon in the upper left corner of the App. You no longer need to log in and out with different accounts to access various family sites. Managing multiple families has never been this effortless. Users can simply scan the QR Code of an email to bind a family.
Moreover, no matter which site you're using, you'll still receive calls and notifications from another site.
For property managers, the process is equally simple. All you need to do is synchronize all account passwords, making it easy to switch between different managed communities.
This feature is designed to elevate your experience by providing the flexibility you've been longing for. It's all about saving time and simplifying your operations.
