Hi, I have a problem with my r20a. I have 2 accounts sip. First is a local, second is a cloud. I would like to got a ring ( if someone call ) to both sip number. ( local and cloud ).

Do you want to call your R20A through two accounts through the indoor monitor? Could you describe your needs more specifically?

if some one push the button on door phone, i would like to get information on app ( smartplus via cloud ) and on local number ( for example : indoor monitor )

First of all, make sure that your indoor phone has two sip numbers like your door phone. Please fill in the information according to the picture.
