Intercom R20B producing strange logs: Alarm channel not open

hi gents,

does anybody have an idea, what might be the source of the logs of my Akuvox R20B :

DCLIENT pid330,tid356,l3: Alarm channel not open.
[backcolor=rgba(5, 127, 235, 0.1)]

it is produced every 20 mins I guess, no alarms are set on door phone, so no idea why this appears.

Any idea is more than welcome - having Akuvox R20BX2 on 220.30.4.6

    Could you please provide the complete log to the technical support who is responsible for you, so that we can check what happens?
