Hello - I have 320.30.10.9 on my device and the KB says last version is 320.30.4.138 (and the PDf states my version as the previous version for this one).
When I try to upgrade ist states that a downgrade is not possible because of security reasons.
So - is this the right upgrade and what is the right way to go without losing the configuration.
320.30.10.9 is higher than 320.30.4.138, since version 10 you're no longer able to downgrade firmware due to security. If you're using the Akuvox Cloud, you'll be able to see the latest versions of firmware based on your region.
320 is Hardware V3/V5 R20
30 is Akuvox OEM Firmware
10 is the Major Build
9 is Minor Build
Ok - then please correct your Readme for this release. It states that the previous version for 320.30.4.138 is 320.30.10.9 and 320.30.10.9 is also newer according your KB.
