1) It is the PG71-R2-EU or it is an EOL product?
It is PG71, and I believe you know the difference between each PG71 is its different installation box. So PG71-KNX-EU means it is with a KNX installation box to make it able to work with KNX system(4 wired), and PG71-R2-EU will continuing to the project which not using KNX system.

So the answer is, the user can manage the device via LAN web, no need force connecting to internet.
