I have Demo account in akuvox smart cloud. I have Akuvox E16C on wall v2.0. Is this device suitable for Smart cloud registration? Because it is offline and in config menu is only ACMS mode, no cloud option.

It is likely that there is a computer with ACMS installed in the local area network, and the device has been registered to ACMS. Please go to the Task Manager on your computer and shut down all ACMS/SDMC services. Click System > Maintenance. Scroll to the ‘Others’ section.
Click Choose File and import the file.
