Problem with "Call event" in R20A

After updating the firmware to version 220.30.3.2 I noticed that the call action (http url) after pressing the bell button on the panel no longer works.
In the configuration of the panel : Intercom->Basic in the "Call Event" section, I have the HTTP action selected and in the "http url" field, I have entered the value: http://login:password@xxx.yyy.zz ... 4&action=start.
The action is related to calling a scene (id=54) in the Fibaro system, which activates the chime.
Before the firmware update, the action worked properly. The previous firmware was 220.30.2.215.
For this event (Call Event) the FTP and email actions work properly.

    1 Yes. The http command is correct. I tested it. I ran it in a web browser and it works fine, it triggers a ringtone in the Fibaro system.
    2. Fibaro and Akuvox panel are in the same local network.
    3. My configuration is presented below. I do not use Indoor Monitor. I use Akuvox cloud (pbx.ecloud.akuvox.com) as SIP server #1 for communication with mobiles and SIP server #2 to integrate with FritzBox.
    Does the use of SIP servers affect the performance of the "Call event"?
