Hello, I would like to ask you if it is possible, using an R20A, to call both the SmartPlus App and a SIP Phone.
I've tried registering the Account 1 with the cloud service and the Account 2 with our VoIP PBX.
The call to the APP works fine but to be able to call the SIP phone I have to disable Account 1 so only the account registered with our VoIP PBX is active.
Am I doing something wrong or this scenario is not possible?
