open door with dtmf on incoming call on X915s doorbell

I can't open the door by a SIP call from my mobile to the X915s doorbell
it works well when there is a call from doorbell to my mobile, but in other direction nothing happens

How should I configure X915s to enable this?

    Hello,

    The DTMF code you set during the SmartPlus installation must be the same as the DTMF code of the doorphone. The problem may be caused by it.

    DTMF code is the same because opening works for outgoing calls from the doorbell, but not for incoming calls.

    Can you check the firmware version of the device? If not up to date may need to update? If it's up to date, could you try resetting the device to factory settings?

    UPDATE: after I add the sip client as a tenant in the tenant list it will allow open/close on incoming calls on the x915s

    BUT this is not how i want it. I would like that X915s also does opens/close on incoming calls from sip clients NOT defined in the tenant list.

    Why I need this: in my setup X916 makes group call to several sip clients that are not in the tenants list. And all these non tenant clients should also able to open the door by calling the X915s.

    Is there a workaround?

    UPDATE: I see that other door phones have a DTMF white list, does this exist on the X915s? Manual says it does have this, but I can't find anywhere in the menu

    At current the X915 doesn't seem to support the command to change this option, the AutoP command is the following on other devices.

    0 - None
    1 - Contacts Only
    2 - All Numbers

    Config.DoorSetting.RELAY.DTMFUnlock = 2

    Are there plans to add this functionality? It is really something missing in my opinion. Was it forgotten?
