You can try to reset on the device side, press and hold the E16C screen, and the password interface will pop up after about 10 seconds, and the default password is admin. After entering, do a factory reset in the settings.
Unfortunately, this method doesn't work for me either. After about 5 seconds, the login appears, but the menu contains only Info - User - Schedule, nothing else. I was also able to open the "Whether to restart to return to factory mode?" question, but after pressing Confirm, the "Factory Test" screen appears only.
If the device is powered off, power it on again and quickly click the upper left corner of the device before the screen lights up, you will enter this page, and you can reset it.
