Akuvox C315W - I'm looking for a guide on how to connect a door lock

I'm looking for advice on how to connect the electric strike (Door Lock) directly to Akuvox. The last brown pin (NC) and the penultimate white pin (COM) come out of the Akuvox Monitor. Where and how to connect them and how to configure it in Akuvox so that I can open the electric strike directly? Is there a detailed guide, diagram or description somewhere so that I can do it somehow?

You can check out the link below with a video tutorial on how to connect the lock. And there are lots of other wiring tutorial videos in there too!

I already have the lock connected to the monitor via TFS-Universal plus Briefkastensprechanlage, via Fritzbox and it works. And if I also connect the lock directly to the monitor, then there is a conflict and a connection occurs when I want to open the door after ringing the doorbell. I also want to connect the lock directly to the monitor and open the door from the screen display, without ringing the bell. I don't know how to get around this. According to this scheme, common goes to minus.

If you want to connect it directly to the device for unlocking, you can set it here:
    1. Connect the door to the relay behind the indoor unit.
    2. Log in to the indoor unit web and open this under relay:

Under this button, configure http1, and configure the following command on http1:

This IP is the indoor unit’s own IP.
    Order:http://ip/fcgi/do?action=OpenDoor&UserName=admin&Password=admin&DoorNum=1

Then bring up the unlock button on the interface and you can unlock it on the home interface.

Would I have to give the indoor unit a static IP address? How to do this if the monitor is supported by WiFi?

You can see the IP address in the system information.

For this I need a static IP address, and my monitor is supported by WiFi and only has DHCP auto settings. I don't know how to assign a static IP address with WiFi. This description only works for the LAN portThis description only works for the LAN port

Ok, I've assigned a DHCP address reservation in my base router, let's see what happens next.

Unfortunately, this guide will not work for me, because, as I wrote, I have a two-wire connection between the intercom and the internal monitor, through the Fritzbox a/b port, and it is not possible to connect it directly from the monitor to the door lock, because there is some kind of coupling. Opening the door with buttons on the monitor screen via http will probably work for me using this guide, but I still need to figure it out.

You can watch this complete introduction video. The lock wiring method of the indoor unit is the same as that of the door station.
