Connection to cloud and PBX VoIP

Hi to all,

I have a configuration problem with the R20B external intercom with a internal VP-R49G to which I have programmed cloud access on the first account and the interface to the VoIP PBX on the second, both regularly registered.

When I make the call, the smartphones and the internal intercom with the registered cloud account are contacted immediately, while the call to the intended VoIP extension is never made.

I searched the product documentation and all the web server programming entries, but I didn't find any method to set a form of priority or exclusion
with a time condition.

Would anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Make sure that the R20B is on the latest Akuvox firmware, once you've confirmed this on the call options, you'll want to use the extension number along with /1 or /2 for the SIP Account, if not already.

    eg:

    Button 1: 17000001/1;100/2
