I am facing frequent common reporting from the customers on C313 Rev:V2.0 specifically the audio volume at the recieving end on screen is a bit low as compared to the V1.0 hardware. does any of the forum member experiencing similar issue.

What is the firmware of the C313 device? You may encounter this problem if the firmware file of the device is old. The problem was solved with new firmware file.
