R20B Frimware update "Size of uploading file is too large!"

Hello,
if I try to update my Akuvox R20B from Firmware version 220.30.3.7 to version 320.30.10.9 I receive the following error message:
"Size of uploading file is too large!"
I have downloaded the firmware from this site:
https://knowledge.akuvox.com/docs/r20b-firmware

Could you suggest how I should proceed to get the latest firmware version on my device. For my device data please see below.

Hi,

You'll need to-do a step by step firmware upgrade, please upgrade to 220.30.4.5 and then 220.30.10.102.

Thanks for reposting the firmware. I have followed your instructions for step-by-step upgrade. I was able to upgrade till 220.30.10.102. If I try to upgrade to 320.30.10.9 I still receive the error ".... file is too large!".

Please see below an excerpt of the status:
Model R20BX3
Firmware Version 220.30.10.102
Hardware Version 220.0

Hi Optos,

Your R20 V2 (220.0) and therefore will only be able to upgrade to 220.x firmware updates. Your R20 is now on the latest firmware version, 320.x is for a different hardware version.
