R20A and Relay

R20A and Relay

Edited by SDSVI at 2024-12-04 06:16

Good morning,

I have a problem with an R20A with firmware version 320.30.10.213 and Hardware Version 320.0

In the relay settings and ONLY in RelayA the "Hold Delay" value is deleted every time the device is rebooted or the power supply is lost.

The value becomes empty with no value.

The effect is that when RelayA is activated, it remains activated forever until a reboot is performed.

The RealyB has no problem.

Thanks a lot.

Nicola

Have the same problem with R20K, and for me the relay also goes into bistable mode when this happens

    Good evening,

Thanks for your interest, I downloaded the firmware (Ver. 320.30.10.236).

It worked well for a few days but today, I had to remove the power from the PoE switch that powers the R20, when I turned it back on the same problem occurred:
"Hold Delay" value empty and relay A, at the first activation, remained permanently activated.

    Sorry.

    I await news.

    Hi,

    I think I solved it!

I reset the R20 to factory settings and then re-set all the parameters.

It works for now (about a week).

    Let's hope!
