If I want to display one monitor on incoming page, when I answer the call, I want to display another monitor, how can I do it?

I need to add a new camera stream to my C315. The RTSP stream is working well on a Windows and Linux machine and the VLC.
But on C315 the stream will not work.
I installed also VLC on the C315 with the same result - not working
After starting the stream on Phone or VLC I see only a black screen, on VLC the stream is stopping after 5 seconds.
Is something missing on the C315 installation (e.g. codec,...)?

    Hi
I'm already on the latest Firmware.
My RTSP stream server is the Synology NAS (synology surveillance station), where several cameras are connected und the NAS is providing the RTSP stream.
I reduced also the stream resolution to 640x360 and I tested the stream on a iPhone and a Android phone together with VLC. On both phones the stream is working.
But I must also point out, that other RTSP streams from the internett are working.

So the issue looks like to the C315 OS properly, because the stream with VLC isn't working on the C315.

I raised also a ticket to AkuVox, where I already get a response, but still no solution.

Perhaps somebody in the community has a similar setup and some hints

Please make sure you have reset the device after upgrading first.
    and check the following steps:
    1. Can you post the RTSP stream format here? or show the picture here.
    2. And did you use C315 Monitor feature to search the camera automatically? can C315 find it in the LAN ? Normally, C315 will search the camera address in the same LAN,  but you need to input the right user name and password for authentication.

Hi, does this only work if the indoor monitor is on the same LAN as the IP Cameras? I think I'm having a similar problem with my IT82, I want to add my IP cameras that are in a different LAN so I can see them via IT82 but no success. I try to add the cameras it says "sucess" but nothing was added...

This depends on rtsp, rtsp can only be in a local area network, unless you map to the public network.

Yes they are in a local network but in different VLANs - so I have a VLAN specially for IP Cameras and a VLAN where I have my IT82, and when I try to add in my indoor monitor the RTSP stream it says "sucess" but nothing is showing in the admin page... I can try to record a video but maybe I'm missing another parameter that is needed to set this up... just keen to understand if this is even possible because then most likely is an issue on my IT82...
