Got an issue with a clients setup, we have a R20A setup and we have the stream working via the "Monitor" option on their C313 Indoor panel.
However, they want/had it setup so that when the call button is pressed on the R20A the stream would notify and automatically show up on the panel.
While still going through and calling an extension with their setup PBX.
During testing of the sequence call feature, the "call" reaches the C313, blinks on briefly and then stops.
Had a similar issue, for me the problem was, that the two devices had no common codecs for Audio/Video and one side enforced encryption while the other had it set to optional
