Hello,
Recently, R29 started to not recognize existing fobs. The fob fails to open the door. The relay does work when R29 is called and the open-relay code is pressed.
It appears the Hartman Access Control system is giving random non-consecutive numbers to associate with each fob user.
This creates a problem for the Hartman Access Control, as the user logs do not relate to the new randomly generated numbers from the R29.
Question: Is there a way for the R29 to generate a consecutive set of numbers to each fab and not recycle them?

We need the device MAC address from you for troubleshooting. We have created a ticket for this issue; please reply to it via the link below: https://akuvox.freshdesk.com/a/tickets/50275
If fobs worked and now the nunbers dont match, look at access log of r29nfoest to see if akuvox itself is reading it properly. Then go to weigand settings under device and make sure that the card format is set to 6h3d5dw26. If that setting had an issue and was changed then hartman doesnt know how to read basic 8 hex and the nunber won't match
