Hi Optos, Your R20 V2 (220.0) and therefore will only be able to upgrade to 220.x firmware updates. Your R20 is now on the latest firmware version, 320.x is for a different hardware version.

Both Method 1 and Method 2 have the security feature. When you are using Method 2 to connect SR01, SR01 will be powered only when doorphone's relay is triggered. And when SR01 is powered, it will receive a encryped signal from doorphone to trigger its own relay to open door.
