    Unfortunately, this guide will not work for me, because, as I wrote, I have a two-wire connection be ...

    Our wiring method does not require the use of your two-wire connection system.

    Yes, but unfortunately I only have an Akuvox indoor unit, and the outdoor station is designed according to the above-mentioned design and the lock wiring in the case of the outdoor station is controlled by the Auserwald TFS-Universal plus loudspeaker module, which is then fed from it via two wires to the A/B port of the router. Fritzbox, which then transmits it to the indoor unit. I configured the relay to operate the electric strike as described on page 13 in the above guide, i.e. DTMF Code 1 for Auserwald TFS-Universal plus #9, Key 1 / Relay Remote Relay DTMF 1.

    Of course, I can connect directly to the lock from the indoor unit and I did so (apart from the power supply, i.e. one + pole), but due to the lock being connected in a different way to the outdoor station (Auserwald TFS-Universal plus), it causes interference when calling from an outdoor station. I'm afraid that by continuing to tinker like this, I may damage something else.

    I think I finally have the correct connection.
    We distinguish between normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) bolts. In normally closed bolts, to open the gate from the outside, we must apply voltage to the bolt.
    We must be vigilant during installation, because we connect standard electric strikes (NC) to the NO contacts on the video intercom monitor.
    I have a standard electric strike, i.e. NC according to the above and I thought that I needed to connect COM and NC in the monitor, but according to the above and this diagram I should have done the opposite.
    That is
    Power supply+ -> COM
    NO -> electric strike
    Power supply- -> electric strike
    After correctly connecting the electric strike to the internal monitor, I carried out the procedure from the above guide, i.e. with Order:http://ip/fcgi/do?action=OpenDoor&UserName=admin&Password=admin&DoorNum=1

    I did exactly as recommended above and the buttons that didn't work still don't work, nothing has changed. When I press these buttons it says "Unlock Failed". What am I doing wrong? What and how do they need to be programmed to make these non-working buttons on the monitor screen and on the connection preview page work? Maybe DoorNum is bad?
    Or maybe in device settings -> Output power settings, should this be set to enabled?

    Hmm, the devil is in... simplicity
    Since I open the door on the call screen using the DTMF code of the remote relay (Auserwald TFS) and it is a local relay, it was necessary to simply, after correctly connecting the electric strike directly to the monitors, set the relay in the monitors in Softkey on the monitor screen and Softkey In Call-Preview Page, on Local relay

    And now everything works, it's nice.
