    Try these settings:

    Server Address / Domain: sip.vapi.ai

    Yes it’s showing as registered.

the problem here that the 'server address' in your suggestion isn't a sip sip server,  its the sip endpoint 'demointercom@sip.vapi.ai' which I'm trying to dial using my sip server sip.telnyx.eu. Therefore, the sip endpoint does not have a user or password.

I managed to add a proxy, using the username and password of the sip server. It still won't call, even though in the logs you can now clearly see that the sip endpoint is looking correct. I tried other variations but still no luck.

I did notice in the logs it mentions 'local identity' which in the last log is set to 'teejaynl@sip.vapi.ai:5060'. If this is supposed to represent the sip number then it's incorrect, that should be 'demointercom@sip.vapi.ai:5060'.

I noticed that when I dial using speed dial button it briefly says 'invalid number'. The value of the speed dial I'm using is 'demointercom'. Should this be some other format?
