IP Camera add to indoors monitors

The monitoring function is the same between devices, so this problem will not occur just because it is IT82. The problem here still requires specific analysis such as LOG, and VLAN also depends on many things. You can contact the technician in your area and ask him to solve your problem for you.

the problem is that this came with the apartment i've bought so I have no idea who is the technician responsible for the initial installation - is there a way to find a certified technician?

Hi Mia, do you know if there's any limitation re the IP Camera stream resolution? I've saw some unoficial post on internet saying that recommended res of IP camera should be max of 1280x720 - wondering if this could be the case...

Except E11, R27 and R28, we only support the resolution of 1280x720p, and the resolution of other VTOs supports 1920x1080p.
