Hi team, we have the same situation, but with our case is C319S and R29S, when we call from r29s to c319s use function is dial plan, we can not see the camera of r29s unless we push answer. Do you know, how we can fix this?

Hi, the only thing which isnt working for me is unlocking the door from the talking page, without answering the call. I cant select "Remote Relay DTMF 1". Can you help me how to add my Remote Relay by HTTP? Thats what I need, right? Thanks!

If you unlock the door through the indoor monitor without answering, you should use the remote relay by HTTP feature to unlock the door. Initially, you select the remote relay by HTTP on relay part of the softkey incoming page of the web gui of the indoor monitor. Then, you fill out the remote relay part by filling out the doorphone ip adress on the relay part of the web gui of the indoor monitor. Finally, you enable the HTTP relay function for the doorphone on the relay part of the web gui of the doorphone.
