I don't find any terms about fees, can you please provide a link to that table (i.e. activation fee, landline fee, renew fee etc. )?
You're best speaking to your distributor for cloud fees as they will have a break down of all of this information.
Distributor accounts are setup by Akuvox to allow the option to allow PayByEndUser or PayByInstaller, it isn't decided when an installer account is made on some distributor accounts.
