ACMS door schedule

ACMS door schedule

Can I set up a schedule for a door in ACMS? I know how to setup for users/groups.... but I am talking about doors.

I would like to get the following effect:

Doors are unlocked from, say, 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and then from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Anyone who wants to during those hours can enter and exit the facility.
If someone shows up at a different time slot - need a card (which works on its own schedule).

    Hello Ziemovit,

Yes, you can create a schedule you said in ACMS. You should do these following steps:

    1) Add your access control devices via the ACMS.
    2) Click 'new' button to create a schedule you want in the part of access control.
    3) Adjust orderly schedule setting:
           a) Schedule Type: recommended Normal
           b) Schedule Name: write a name you want
           c) Date Range: Valid Schedule
           d) Day of Week: Choose the days you want valid the access control
           e) Date Time: Determine what time the access control device will work
You do not forget to click the 'ok' button.
    4) Click 'Authority Group' and click the new button to pair the schedule you create to the access control.
    5) Fill in the authority group name
    6) Pick the schedule you create and click the 'ok' button.
    7) Choose the access control device you added before and click the 'ok' button.
    8) If you created any personels before, you could pick them to use the access control device.
You do not forget to click the 'ok' button to save it.
Finally, you click the upload button on the top of the right corner of the ACMS page.

I added some images regarding this process, I hope these help you.

    Thanks,
    Best Regards.

That's what I wasn't sure about. If I don't add personnel, will it work.
I don't have akuvox equipment yet (we have a grandsream solution). We didnt want to invest in devices that have less functionality than what we have. Now I know it is possible. Thank you for your help.
