How to Solve Account Does Not Exist

When you try to login your SmartPlus account if you receive an error being 'Account does not exist' on your SmartPlus app, you have to check the cloud status of your Akuvox indoor monitor(s). If your Akuvox indoor monitor(s) is not online, you receive the error. When your Akuvox indoor monitor(s) is online, the issue will be solved.
