How to solve the issue being 'the MAC already exists' on the cloud system

If you a message that is 'the MAC already exists' on the Akuvox cloud system when you add an Akuvox device, this device might be added another installer cloud account or the device has not been added on the cloud system yet by your Akuvox distributor. If the device is not added another installer cloud account, you have to contact your Akuvox distributor.
