I want to use an E16C as a video door entry system for a home and communicate with 5 C319 screens, but the calls do not reach it.

You can see how you can do it in the picture I attached the way you call the reception. It looks like the photo I added. You should write the IP address of the reception in the number field.

You canchange the name of the reception from the marked place in the first photo Iadded below.
If we cometo the second question, you can create a dial plan and run 5 monitors at thesame time. After entering the interface of the device, after pressing theintercom > dial plan > add > button, for example, if you write 1 inthe Prefix section and write 5 numbers as 1 st Replace, 2 st Replace ... andsave, you can call all 5 monitors when you press the number 1 on E16 and pressthe call button.
