You can create a contact list, in this way your customers are able to call the resident by touching the name of the resident on the device screen. You can create a contact list by the following the steps.

1. Login the web gui of the device.
2. Click the directory and user part on the web gui.
3. Fill in the name part as the resident's name you want.
4. If you want the resident has a pin code, fill in the code part as the pin the customer want.
5. If you want the resident has a RFID card, you click the obtain button and bring close the customer's RFID card. Therefore, The key of the RFID card will emerge on the code part.
6. If you want the resident is able to use the face recognition feature of the device, you have to import the photo of the customer on the web gui.
7. Fill in the phone part as the indoor monitor IP/SIP adress will be called.
8. Click the submit button to save your configuration.
