E18C "Addind failed, MAC addres invalid or already exist"

When I try to add the MAC of this computer to the cloud it gives me this error, it is the first time it has happened to me. The supplier tells me that he can add it. What will be the problem?

    This typically means that the MAC Addresses isn't whitelisted within the Cloud, you'll need to contact the company you bought the E18 from to allow Cloud use.

    The problem was with the supplier, I have an administrator account for one of my suppliers and due to lack of material I bought from another, and it appears that you cannot buy from different suppliers because the administrator account of the installer is associated with a supplier. Very rare case. Provider "B" removed the MAC from their library equipment and provider "A" added it and I can now add them to my library.
