Inside the E16 and 18C, they look very good but if you place them outside the image "burns". I'm looking for backlight settings, white settings, brightness or something like that in video surveillance cameras and I can't find anything. Do you know if there is a solution?
This is the image I see on the 5 monitors in the installation, and on the video intercom screen itself.

The AutoP command is Config.DoorSetting.ONVIF.CameraMode
1 = Outdoors
0 = Indoors
You should be able to upload this to the E18 via a config file (.cfg). See attached .zip file containing the .cfg. I'm unsure if this setting is used on the E18.
