Hello,
I have the X933 and a X915S and till now both were connected fine. I didnt change anything but now I cant video call the X933 anymore and also there is no more doorbell ring coming from the X933.
It has to be a problem from the X933 because the X915 works fine on my mobile phone still.
Any suggestion why this might have happend? Anything I can check to make it work again?

Would you check the firmware status of the X915 and X933 whether they are the latest firmware version. If they are old version, you should upgrade the devices with the latest firmware versions then do factory upgrade the devices.
