Hello,

We have a potential project, where the customerdemands to have two doorphones (i.e. R20Bx5), each one for five apartments, tomonitor door #1 & door #2, that control access to all the 5 apartments.
If the visitor presses button #1 on doorphone#1, the indoor monitor of apartment #1 should ring. The same is if the visitorpresses button #1 on doorphone #2.
If the visitor presses button #3 on doorphone#1, the indoor monitor of apartment #3 should ring. The same is if the visitorpresses button #3 on doorphone #2 and so on for the rest of the buttons / apartments.

At the same time, they would like to have SmartPlus activated for each one of the apartments, in more than one account per apartment,actually one account per resident.
Regarding Smart Plus, there are two scenarios:-
- Scenario #1: at the moment the visitor pressesthe doorphone button, both the indoor monitor AND the Smart Plus app shouldreceive the call.
- Scenario #2: at the moment the visitor pressesthe doorphone button, the indoor monitor should receive the call and if thereis no answer for XX seconds, the call should be forwarded to the Smart Plusapp.
They prefer not to setup any SIP server tosupport the doorphones in the building.

Is it possible to support the above requirements ?

    Hi Filippos,

    You would need to setup this project in Project Mode under Community, you would then have 2 x R20BX5 in the building "Intercom Devices" formally known as Public Devices, this would allow the R20 to call apartments within the building.

    You could then create each apartment and add the Indoor Monitor to that apartment, you are allowed up to 4 applications per apartment, there can be additional applications at an additional cost. This format is 1 family administrator and then 3 additional family members.

    During the installation, it will ask you if you wish to call through SmartPlus and indoor monitor or use SmartPlus as backup.

    Please speak to your supplier who can provide additional information.

    I don't see Project Mode under Community. Could you please explain ?
    After connecting the devices, you will run the setup ?
