Security is an essential issue for every company, so customers emphasize access control when renting locations for business.

Since many office buildings will be rented to different companies, they want other people can not access their floors and office areas.

In this project, the card readers are installed in the lift. When users swipe their cards, their information can be transferred to EC33 lift control from the card reader.

It has 32 relay interfaces, which can connect to buttons of different floors.

· How to connect EC33 lift control to card reader and floor button?

EC33 has Wiegand ports, to which you can connect wires of HID card reader.

And you also connect the wires of every button to the corresponding relay interface of EC33, then EC33 can control lift buttons.

· How to set floor information for users?

Add EC33 to the SmartPlus Cloud, and user information of the project can be synchronized to EC33.

1. For office projects

Property managers can set every user's floor information, so users can only press corresponding floor buttons according to their information.

Also, installers and property managers can set floor information for the department, and everyone in the department can only access to corresponding floors.

2. For community projects

Installers can set floor information when adding a new APT, and someone who is added to the APT can only access to the corresponding floor.

· How to trigger the relay of EC33?

Users' card numbers will be added to the SmartPlus platform.

So when users swipe their cards, their card numbers will be sent to EC33 by card reader. Then EC33 can identify the user and trigger the corresponding relay for the user.
