As part of a project deployment we are wondering about the latest firmware versions for the following intercoms, as such we want to tackle the following:
1. R27A
In current version, we don't see the session Phone->Action URL
2. R20K
In both cases and in all our scenarios, we know here there are variables like: $mac, $ip, $model, $firmware, $card_sn, $code, is there any way to include the following variables
a. "Called_SIP" which reports called SIP or IP?
b. "User_ID" (or name) which reports the User ID/name associated to the entered code or card.
The above is needed as we need exisiting systems to identify the called user and initiate a call to the intercom from a third party device.

R27A holds 227.30.2.209, we tried to upgrade to 227.30.4.6 but we get the pop-up "Size of uploading file is too large!"
We also tried by using a different browser but still the Phone --> URL ACTION is not available
please advice
R27K ACTION URL - Solved
Solution was achieved by upgrading firmware, nevertheless there is transitory version 227.30.3.104, which solves an issue with the size of the file. see link below: https://mega.nz/file/QLcFwCKI#Z1 ... IYZ50PUm1ifgMLwkhFc
and then the latest version 227.30.4.6 can be installed
R20K ... still to be confirmed, but variable that reports dialed number is $remote
